Step Ups
The four large Step Up posts can be set at various heights to work all of the muscles in your leg.
Vault
A great lower body exercise as you hold onto the pole and kick your legs over the timber. Great for leg muscles and core.
Straddle Jump
The low horizontal pole of the Straddle Jump lets you jump from one side to the other, testing leg strength, power and stamina.
Sit Ups
Crunch those abs at the Sit Up station as the timber poles support the movement and hold your legs in place.
Press Ups
Use the timber pole as a hand rest as you perform the perfect push up as part of the Trim Trail workout.
Pole Climb
Testing upper body and arm strength, agility and climbing skills – getting to the top of the Pole Climb will work up a sweat.
Parallel Bars
Perform the perfect dips on the Parallel Bars, use them as low pull up bars, or work your stomach muscles with leg raises.
Leap Frog
A playground favourite turned into a challenging exercise. Leapfrog over the upright posts to test coordination and work leg muscles.
